- Maintaining
the roster, categories for members and friends
- Encouraging
members to get dues paid, although in our first year we will be flexible
on deadlines
- Still
looking for an appropriate checking account for funds. Jennifer will see
if we can store them in the IM safe.
- We
will sell T-Shirts/Polo shirts for a minor profit. Carolyn will get order
forms ready
- Rolan
will prepare a letter to the CEO’s of each member agency to highlight the
year and recognize their participation
- Exec.
Cmte. will meet regularly after each monthly VOAD meeting

has prepared letter for CEO’s but waiting to send out

- Next
meeting at United Way.
We will hear from FEMA and United Way about 211.
