Description: For more than 25 years Churches of Scientology Disaster Response (CSDR) has brought relief to those devastated by natural disasters and war-related disasters.  Our focus is in the response phase.  Our specialty is emotional and spiritual care.  In practice our role has been flexible based on the situation. Our volunteers have been involved in many functions including shelter management, running PODs, food and water distribution, clean up and general support of first responders.  Through our Church of Scientology Volunteer Ministers program our Volunteer Ministers are trained in a wide variety of helping skills.
