Discussion of the proposed spreadsheet to track work done through the LTRC
Question rose: do we want to track all projects completed and all funding used to get the total cost of each repair job or only the jobs that used funding from the United Way Construction Fund?
Suggestion for columns for other sources of funding was made
We need to come up with an amount of the worth of volunteer hours. UMCOR uses $19.51 an hour
Suggestion for a column for a case management identifier number

Deadline for presenting cases to the committee will be noon on Monday
We will decide then if we will have a meeting on Tuesday
Tuesday meeting times moved to 9am, pending room availability

People seeking Ike case management can call 2-1-1 and be transferred to the appropriate case management organization.

A Rep from each Repair Organization will need to be present on days we hear their cases for funding.
